All American Swenson Res

This was really fun. This house has Vinyl Shake and Board & Batt, with cement board wraps on the posts & bays. What a great project, I think we will be doing more of this type of finish.  Shake has been very popular lately and this is a way to get that at a price that fits your budget a little better and a finish that requires no painting.
We put a Natural Thin Stone on the front wainscoat and wood corbels in the gables to give it some great accents.

I really like the red door. I think it goes great with the gray colors of the house.
Close-up shows how natural this Vinyl looks. We used a composite trim on the corners and around the doors & windows. It makes it look all the better.

All American West Res.

I love how they added a splash of color to the door and shutters. The stone is a natural thin stone (Apache Ledge), the stucco has a smooth texture with colors to accent the Vinyl shakes in the gables and the cement board & batt siding on the entry.

This house is even better once you go inside and see what a nice job they did. I will need to go get a picture of the fireplace and add to this post. Thank you West's, was great working with you.

All American Construction - Tholstrum

We really had fun on this beautiful home in American Fork. The home is a great house with lots of finish details. What made this so much fun were the homeowners. They were such a pleasure to work with that it made us all realize why we liked construction. Thank you Tholstum's!

The whole house is a cement board straight lap shake, with some board & batt panel designs on the bays and upper gable ends. The shake are all individual pieces laid in as to not have any patterns formed. It turned out great! Our crew also did all the caulking and painting.

Just Right Homes - 2012 Parade

I am very excited about this years Parade Home with Jr. I am going to post a few photos of our progress. We are just finishing up the siding. Hardie Lap & B&B with LP Shakes in the gables. We love to add corbels to the gables and will get those up shortly. Check back later for some updated pictures. We are going to hold off a couple of weeks for the concrete to be poured as we are going to run the stone on the front all the way down to the concrete in the front so we won't have any foundation exposed. Going to look great! The view from the back deck is something. I will post some pictures later.

All American Dr Jolley'S Office PG

Majestic Meadows in Pleasant Grove has several of these office building. We have been fortunate to be involved in the exterior finishes on all of them. Reed and John have let me give some input on colors and design. It has been allot of fun for me.
We worked very diligently prior to thanksgiving, I think, to beat the winter cold and save on the tarp and heating. We were so proud of ourselves. Funny, here it is January 5th and it still feels like fall/spring weather. I guess the rush was not needed, but it sure did make us look good.
